Here at LICKALIX we are all about fruit! We'd have it for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert if we could! 

For desserts in particular we like to get fruity in the kitchen. Our current favourite dessert is grilled pineapple with whipped coconut cream. The recipe is super easy and the outcome is mind-blowingly delicious! 

Fun fact: our Caribbean Twist ice lollies have pineapple and coconut in them as well! Us Lickalickers just love all things tropical! 

First thing you want to do is sprinkle some sugar on your sliced pineapple and put everything on a very hot grill. The sugar helps with the caramelizing process, and gives the pineapple those amazing-looking grill marks.

For the coconut whipped cream you will need the solid part from your can of coconut milk. Whip that up as you would if you were making regular whipped cream, and add some vanilla extract and sugar. 

Then, toast some hazelnuts in a dry skillet so they become fragrant. Plate everything nicely, et voilà! Dessert is served!
