This weekend Pup Aid held a charity dog show in Primrose Hill to help raise money and raise awareness about puppy and kitten farming.

Puppy farming is when puppies are mass produced at a commercial level solely for the purpose of profit, disregarding the welfare of the puppy. The event had a variety of activities including dog classes and competitions such as: 'dog that looks most like a celebrity', 'waggiest tail' and 'my dogs got talent'. This family-friendly event also included a selection of all animal friendly, vegan food.

LICKALIX got the opportunity to be a part of the fantastic, furry event and sell our natural, healthy, vegan ice lollies, we even made a doggy lolly especially for the event!

Pup Aid has also introduced an e-petition to help eliminate puppy and kitten farming in the UK. By signing this e-petition you will be bringing them one step closer to banning this cruel practise. You can support this amazing organisation by volunteering, attending events or even just spreading the word!  Follow Pup Aid on Twitter at: https://twitter.com/pupaid and on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/pupaid
