Here at LICKALIX we are obsessed with healthy breakfast smoothies, so we thought we would browse our Instagram and give you the low down on some of our favourites. 

These homemade breakfast smoothies are a great replacement for a full english and they're jam-packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and yes, even fibre (thank you NutriBullet). So, for all you busy bees, it's the perfect quick and easy way to get in your daily dose of fruit and veg. 

They not only make you look good but they also keep you fuller for longer, boost your energy, reduce cravings and they taste pretty darn good as well! 

  • Pineapple, spirulina, lemon and yogurt 
  • Pineapple, apple, banana, coconut oil, spinach and almond milk
  • Beetroot, apple, orange, oats, spirulina, coconut water, rice Milk
  • Blue berries, strawberries, almond milk and coconut water
